"UTI means urinary tract infection ". Before we know it we will know something about the urinary tract. Each of us has two kidneys in our body. The kidney is located behind the peritoneum tissue. That means, we have two kidneys below the ribs on both sides of the spine and behind the abdomen. The kidney is an organ in our body that flushes out waste materials from our blood through urine.

Two ureters from the two kidneys come out like pipes and are connected to the bladder. Where urine is deposited. The same goes for men and women from the kidney to the bladder. But urethra through which urine comes out. Men and women are somewhat different. This system is called the urinary tract function.

What are the causes of UTI(urinary tract infection) in men, babies, children, women, and the elderly?

 Infections caused by these bacteria can be caused by a variety of factors. 

Such as holding urine for many moments.

 If hygiene is not maintained in the case of girls.

When intercourse, bacteria pass from one to another. And can be UTI

UTIs can also be caused by baby napkins.

If you have kidney stones or a kidney infection for any other reason, UTI can occur.

If you hold the urine too long, you may get UTI.

There is a chance of UTI if you use heavy antibiotics.

If the catheter is fitted for any reason, it may be UTI.

Diabetes can cause UTI,

UTI symptoms:


Upper UTI symptoms & Lower UTI symptoms:

UTI stomach pain/Abdominal pain:


When bacteria are transferred from the rectum to the urinary bladder, through the urethra, it may result in pain in the abdomen.


Lower back pain UTI:


Lower back pain occurs when there is an infection in the upper urinary tract i.e. kidney.


Blood in urine UTI. That means blood may be excreted with urine:


If the infection is ignored, and no treatment is taken for the acute condition, blood may be excreted through urine in the advanced position.


UTI in pain. That is, UTI can cause pain:


When the infection reaches the bladder through the urethra, there may be pain in the lower abdomen. Or lower back pain if you have a kidney infection.

The development of white blood cells in the urinary bladder causes inflammation, on the other hand, bacteria also infect the urine. The combined effect of both causes cramping and pain in the urinary tract system.

When bacteria from the lower urinary tract reach the kidneys and infect the kidneys. That infection is called pyelonephritis

Before knowing the treatment of pyelonephritis, we will know about the symptoms and risk factors of pyelonephritis.

Pyelonephritis infections are acute and chronic.

Acute pyelonephritis infection can cause swelling of the kidneys. This infection can be life-threatening. If the pyelonephritis infection lasts for a long time, it can be converted into a chronic infection. Chronic infections are very rare.


Symptoms: Fever can be as high.

Burning and pain may occur during urine pass.

Urine can be cloudy. May cause fatigue, nausea, vomiting.

Causes: 

Through the urethra, Escherichia coli bacteria enter the bladder. Then there is the backflow of urine. And the infection goes through the urine in the kidneys.


Risk Factor: 

It is more common in females. Older people are at higher risk.

When the prostate enlarges, the urethra becomes compressed and the risk increases.

Immunosuppressed people have a higher risk. Diabetes patients, cancer patients, HIV patients, and people taking immunosuppressive drugs have a higher risk.


UTI diagnosis/Urinary tract infection test:

Common laboratory diagnosis, of urinary tract infection, is urine RE and Urine culture. If you have frequent UTI, your doctor may prescribe your bladder and kidney to USG.


UTI treatment:


Antibiotics are used for urinary tract infections. UTI treatment is done over the country, mostly with antibiotics. What kind of bacteria are there? Antibiotics are applied after diagnosis.


Homeopathy remedy for UTI/Homeopathy medicine for UTI:


UTI treatment without antibiotics. In this context, we can think of homeopathy.

Homeopathy has a very good medicine for urinary tract infections.

Mother tincture combination:

Uva ursi Q  + Cantharis Q + Berberis vulgaris Q + Echinacea Angustifolia Q

Uses: Mix equal. 20 drop with ½ cup of water 3 times a day.


How to make a mother tincture mixture:


All mother tincture seal packs will be purchased from homeopathy shops. Medicines must be from a reputed company or German seal pack. An empty 100ml glass bottle with medicine will be included. All medicines should be poured in equal quantity in 100ml empty bottle. And need to mix well. After mixing, it should be poured again in an empty medicine bottle. And you have to mark 1, 2 ..... With marker pen.

Uses: 10 to 15 drop 3 times a day with ¼th  cup of water.


2.           Cantharis 30

Uses: 2 drops direct tongue 3 times a day.


3.           Chimaphila umbeliate Q

4.           Petroselinum 6ch


Uses: 2 drops direct tongue 3 times a day.


If blood comes with urine then the following medications should be taken with these medicines


6.Terebinthina 30

Uses - 2 drops in the morning.

Here are some rules for taking medicine:

Medicine can be taken 40 minutes before or 40 minutes after eating.

In the case of children 1/2 dose should be given.

No strong-smelling products should be taken in the mouth while taking medicine.

There should be a gap of a minimum of 15 minutes while taking two consecutive medicines.


UTI symptoms but no bacteria in urine:


Such symptoms are very rare. There can be many special reasons. Such as sexually transmitted infections. Interstitial cystitis. Chronic urinary tract infection. Bladder cancer etc.


Urethra pains no infection:


There is a pain in the urethra, but there is no infection if diagnosed. Urethral pain can have many causes besides infection. E.g.


Intercourse,

Urethra injury,

 Masturbation,

Scented napkins,

Perfume,

Condoms,

Chemotherapy,

etc.


Burning urethra female no UTI :


In the bladder, the urine is excreted through the urethra.

Men or women if burning in the urethra. And if there is no infection in the diagnosis, then there may be sexually transmitted diseases. The two most common STDs are Chlamydia and gonorrhea.


The urgency to urinate but no UTI:


Urinary urgency, in addition to UTI, can have many causes. Such as -

Interstitial cystitis,

Too much alcohol consumption,

Side effects of medication,

Pregnancy or Obesity,

Diabetes,

etc.


Recurrent UTI: 


Recurrent urinary tract infection is called recurrent UTI. Recurrent UTI is more likely to occur in women, babies, older people, having sexual intercourse, and in diabetic patients.

Some rules should be followed for those who are recurrent UTI. Such as -

Maintain hygiene.

In the case of babies, napkins should not be used for a long time.

Drinking more water.

Not holding Urin for long.

Use less steroid medicine.
